The information below is intended particularly for guests with restricted mobility or other special needs.
Grove Farm is situated in a very secluded position three-quarters of a mile up a farm track from the main A48. We are three miles from the village of Newnham, with the Wye Valley, Cotswolds and East Wales all within easy reach by car. Parts of the house date back to the seventeenth century and some period features may make access difficult for people with limited mobility.
Our nearest train station is Lydney roughly five miles away, and there are buses every hour which stop at the end of our lane. The nearest shops are in Newnham. In addition to our farm animals we have a black Labrador bitch, Shena, and there are guinea fowl in the garden. We are happy to accept horses, dogs and small pets by arrangement.
